I'm sitting here deleting unnecessary photos, decided to post some interesting stuff while I'm at it.

Here's me, circa March 2005, sitting in the RTU cafeteria on Meža Street (or something like that).

Total mudbath where my parents live.

A muddy dirt road in a village in early spring with deep ruts, puddles, and melting snow on the shoulders. Along the sides of the road are village houses, fences, and bare trees, and logs are stacked on the left.

My long-deceased dog Jenna:

They're tearing down the clinic to build an Iki supermarket. We did end up getting a clinic eventually, but it's called a doctor's office and takes up just a dozen rooms on the ground floor of an apartment building.

Vertical pupils also happen in humans, by the way, though rarely. I haven't met any.
